If a module gets bursts of changes, it's more likely to have outstanding bugs

The title is my attempt to summarize this paper from Microsoft Research: http://research.microsoft.com/apps/pubs/default.aspx?id=137315. A colleague found it recently. Very interesting. I'll have to see how these results can be applied to, ah, non-microsoft code.
