Basically I printed out this spreadsheet on some decorative stationery (US-letter size) then folded it twice. It wants customization (your sweetheart's name, and your own poem or message). Openoffice.org will help you read and print it.
After picking up the kids today, we are going out for lunch and otherwise neglecting them most of the afternoon.
